Championship Definition:
Only the single, officially recognized top-level championship of the competition for a listed sports team counts. A conference championship, division title, playoff-qualification, or any other mid-season tournament title does not count.
Team Relocation:
A championship won by a listed sports team after that team has relocated out of the state of Minnesota does not count.
Championship Rescinded:
Championships that are officially vacated, stripped, or rescinded by the governing body before the Expiration Date do not count as awarded championships. Any vacatur, reversal, or appeal occurring after the Expiration Date does not affect the resolution.
