If the President of the United States and the President of Russia and the President of Ukraine meet in person together in the same trilateral meeting after Issuance and before Jan 1, 2028, then the market resolves to Yes.

The President of the United States, the President of Russia, and the President of Ukraine must all be physically present and participate together in the same trilateral meeting. Separate bilateral meetings, delegation or envoy talks, remote participation, and mere co-attendance without interaction do not qualify.
