Will Dominique Thorne perform as any role as an actor in Black Panther 3?

If Dominique Thorne performs/ is announced as any role as an actor in Black Panther 3, then the market resolves to Yes.

For the purposes of this Contract, Dominique Thorne satisfies the Payout Criterion if either: Official Announcement: Dominique Thorne is officially announced, confirmed, or publicly credited as cast to perform any role as an actor in Black Panther 3, regardless of whether the performance ultimately occurs; OR Actual Performance: Dominique Thorne appears on stage, on screen, or in recorded content as any role as an actor in any official performance, showing, or release of Black Panther 3. Additional clarification(s): If Black Panther 3 is entirely cancelled or abandoned before any official performance or release occurs, but Dominique Thorne was officially announced in any role as an actor, the Contract will resolve to “Yes.” If multiple people are announced for any role as an actor (e.g., alternating cast, dual casting), and Dominique Thorne is among them, the Contract will resolve to “Yes.” b The Contract may resolve to “No” prior to the Expiration Date if: (a) Black Panther 3 is cancelled or completes its run without Dominique Thorne being announced or performing in any role as an actor, or (b) another person is officially announced as the sole exclusive performer for any role as an actor.
