Will Anya Taylor-Joy perform as Britney Spears in Britney Spears Biopic directed by Jon M. Chu?

If Anya Taylor-Joy performs/ is announced as Britney Spears in the Britney Spears Biopic directed by Jon M. Chu, then the market resolves to Yes.

For the purposes of this Contract, Anya Taylor-Joy satisfies the Payout Criterion if either: Official Announcement: Anya Taylor-Joy is officially announced, confirmed, or publicly credited as cast to perform Britney Spears in Britney Spears Biopic directed by Jon M. Chu, regardless of whether the performance ultimately occurs; OR Actual Performance: Anya Taylor-Joy appears on stage, on screen, or in recorded content as Britney Spears in any official performance, showing, or release of Britney Spears Biopic directed by Jon M. Chu. Additional clarification(s): If Britney Spears Biopic directed by Jon M. Chu is entirely cancelled or abandoned before any official performance or release occurs, but Anya Taylor-Joy was officially announced in Britney Spears, the Contract will resolve to “Yes.” If multiple people are announced for Britney Spears (e.g., alternating cast, dual casting), and Anya Taylor-Joy is among them, the Contract will resolve to “Yes.” b The Contract may resolve to “No” prior to the Expiration Date if: (a) Britney Spears Biopic directed by Jon M. Chu is cancelled or completes its run without Anya Taylor-Joy being announced or performing in Britney Spears, or (b) another person is officially announced as the sole exclusive performer for Britney Spears.
