Robison to hear challenges to the constitutionality of acts of Congress affecting veterans’ benefits, after Issuance and before August 1, 2028. The market resolves to No if the Court rules that the Act stripped district courts of that jurisdiction. If the case is dismissed, settled, found to have been improvidently granted, or remanded or otherwise disposed of without a merits ruling resolving that jurisdictional question, the market resolves to No.
