If a qualifying one-minute average of the CF Solana Real-Time Index (SOLUSD_RTI) is above $125 after issuance at Nov 3, 2026 at 3:00 PM EST and before Nov 30, 2026 at 10:00 AM EST, then the market resolves to Yes.
The source is CF Benchmarks. Each minute after issuance and before the stated deadline is evaluated separately using the simple average of all SOLUSD_RTI observations in that minute, without trimming. The average must be strictly greater than the threshold; equality does not qualify. An earlier qualifying minute counts even if Solana subsequently falls below the threshold. The scheduled trading close and expiration are 10:00 AM ET on the selected date. Expiration may be moved earlier under Rule 7.2 following a qualifying occurrence, with trading close following expiration. Revisions after expiration are disregarded. Missing-data and outcome-review contingencies follow SOLMINMAX.
