If Jim Justice has announced that they will run for Governor of West Virginia in 2028 before Jan 29, 2028, including running for the nomination of any political party to contest that office, then the market resolves to Yes.

Jim Justice must publicly announce his campaign for the announcement to be reported by a Source Agency. Merely filing campaign paperwork is insufficient without a public announcement. The announcement must be for Governor of West Virginia in 2028. An exploratory committee, statement of interest, private decision, or third-party speculation without a formal announcement does NOT qualify. Running for a party's nomination to contest the office counts. The announcement must come from Jim Justice or his official campaign.
