If the Portland Pro Basketball team relocates or officially announces a relocation to St. Louis before the start of the 2027-28 Pro Basketball regular season, then the market resolves to Yes.

If the Portland Pro Basketball team officially announces they are not relocating or does not announce a relocation of their primary home stadium before the start of the 2027-28 Pro Basketball regular season, then the "Do not relocate/announce a relocation" market will resolve to Yes. If the Portland Pro Basketball team announces they will relocate but will still play their home games at their current stadium for the 2027-28 Pro Basketball regular season, the market for the announced location will resolve to Yes and the market titled "Do not relocate/announce a relocation" will resolve to No. Kalshi is not affiliated, associated, authorized, endorsed by, or in any way officially connected with the Governing League.
