If Vladimir Putin and Volodymyr Zelenskyy meet in person after Issuance and before Jan 1, 2028, then the market resolves to Yes.
Both Vladimir Putin and Volodymyr Zelenskyy must be physically present in the same location and directly communicate or interact after Issuance and before the applicable date. A bilateral, pull-aside, sideline, informal, or multilateral encounter qualifies if direct interaction is documented. Mere co-attendance, proximity without interaction, an intermediary, a letter, a phone or video call, a prerecorded appearance, or a scheduled-but-cancelled meeting does NOT qualify.
