If the first new person to become White House Press Secretary after Issuance is Elizabeth Pipko, then the market resolves to Yes.

The market resolves based on who first begins serving as White House Press Secretary, not who is nominated or announced for the role. Acting or interim service counts. If the person serving as White House Press Secretary at Issuance remains in the position through the expiration date, all markets referring to a person resolve to No, and “No new person” resolves to Yes.
