If the Chicago Pro Football Team stay and do not relocate/announce a relocation by the first game of the 2028 Pro Football regular season, then the market resolves to Yes.
If the Chicago Pro Football Team do not relocate or officially confirm they will relocate their primary home stadium by the 2028 regular season all markets related to this relocation will resolve to No and the "do not relocate/announce a relocation" market will resolve to Yes.
